"Smooth and easy boarding"
Boarding was actually smoother than I expected. The staff checked tickets clearly, the line kept moving, and I got to my seat without any stress. I’d asked support beforehand about the process, and they basically said, “Just have your ticket ready and the staff will guide you,” which was pretty much exactly how it went. Nice, calm start to the flight.

"Helpful baggage info, mostly clear"
I checked royalairmaroc before my flight to figure out the baggage allowance, and it was clear overall. It only took me a few minutes to understand what was included. The fees could maybe be shown a bit better or something about it, but in general it was helpful.

I had a great flight. The seats and cabin looked really clean, and everything felt comfortable the whole way. Nothing to complain about at all, just a smooth, easy trip that I’d happily take again

"Kind crew and surprisingly quick food"
I don’t know if I was just really hungry or what, but the food showed up way faster than I expected. The crew was super kind too, which makes a bigger difference than people think. Quick side note, I always notice service first and then the food, or sometimes the restroom, weirdly enough, but yeah — overall it was a really nice experience.

"Check-in worked, but it was a bit of a hassle"
I used Royal Air Morocco to check in before my flight and, yeah... it did work in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. The page loaded slowly a couple of times, and I had to put in my details twice because it randomly sent me back. The seat selection part was also kind of confusing, to be honest. Still, after about 15 minutes I got my boarding pass, so... not the worst experience. I just wish the site was a bit more stable and easier to follow.

"No Weird Extra Fees"
That was the main thing I noticed. No random charges popping up at the end. No surprise add-ons. Just paid what I expected to pay. Simple, straightforward. Kind of refreshing, actually.

"Surprisingly impressed"
I’ve always been loyal to my usual luggage brand, so I wasn’t totally sure how I’d feel about trying this one. But the suitcase showed up really fast and arrived with no damage at all, which was better than I expected. I still have a soft spot for my go-to brand, but this definitely made a good first impression

I used the Royal Air Maroc app to check in and get my boarding pass, and it worked really well. I was feeling a bit pressured trying to get everything sorted before my flight, so I was relieved that it loaded quickly and didn’t crash like some airline apps do. It made the whole process easier for me. Definitely 5 stars

"A Bit Stressful Connecting in Casablanca"
I had a connection through Casablanca and found it confusing. The signs weren’t very clear, and I wasn’t totally sure where I needed to go. I had to ask staff twice before I got the help I needed, but they did eventually point me in the right direction. I made my flight in the end, but the whole connection felt more stressful than it should have.

"Honestly... way comfier than I expected!!"
I was actually surprised by how comfy the seat was on my Royal Air Maroc flight!! I had enough leg room, didn’t feel all squished in, and the cushion was way better than I thought it would be... which almost never happens for me on flights!!!
I even managed to sleep for a bit, and I’m usually the person just sitting there wide awake the whole time. It wasn’t fancy or anything like that, just genuinely comfortable and not cramped... I’d totally fly with them again!!

"Usable, but kinda clunky!!!"
I used royalairmaroc to look up flights and handle my booking, and honestly... it was okay!! Not amazing, not awful. The site felt a bit slow at times, and a few pages took way longer to load than I expected!!! Finding the basic info wasn’t too hard, but some of the buttons and steps were kinda unclear... especially on mobile. I did manage to finish the payment and booking in the end, so it worked!! But it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience. It’s usable, sure, but I really think it could be simpler, clearer, and less confusing!!!

I got the emails and SMS right on time, which made the whole process smooth. The check-in reminder was clear, and the flight updates helped a lot. there wasn’t really any confusion for me, so I don’t have much to complain about...

"Resolved in the end, but it took too long"
My flight issue did eventually get sorted and I received the compensation, which I appreciate. That said, it took quite a while and I had to chase it up more than once. Customer service did respond, but the answers weren’t always very clear. I don’t think anyone expects perfection, just fair and straightforward communication when something goes wrong. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely could’ve been faster, clearer, and a lot less stressful.

"Handled my flight change well"
My flight got cancelled, and then the replacement time changed again, so I was annoyed at first. After I’d already paid, I started feeling a bit unsure and didn’t fully trust that everything was actually going to be handled properly.

I checked royalairmaroc.com and the update was there, clear enough to follow, and my new ticket came through without too much hassle. It wasn’t perfect, but they did sort it out and I still made my trip, so I’m giving them 5 stars.

"Support Came Through When I Needed It"
I had an issue pop up and ended up opening a ticket, not really knowing how long it would take to get sorted. To my surprise, the support team got back to me quickly and were genuinely helpful. They understood what was going on, kept things simple, and got the ticket resolved without any hassle. It was a nice, smooth experience overall.
